The St. Regis Residences, Boston is the first standalone hotel-operated condominium development by Boston-based Cronin Development and Marriott Intl. as operator. Located in the Seaport, the 22-story 114 luxury unit development is expected to open in November 2022.

The mixed-use property broke ground in 2018. Interior designer BAMO and architect Elkus Manfredi Architects were tapped to implement custom-designed solutions for amenity spaces and entertainment hospitality suites. Built on the site of the old Whiskey Priest club, the exquisite development expands the waterfront Harborwalk for pedestrians.

The St. Regis Residences, Boston is the last residential building to be completed along the 45-mile-long Boston Harborwalk. The exterior design was conceived by late Architect, Howard Elkus, who passed away in 2017. Inspired by luxury yachting and modern amenities, the building is constructed to resemble the unfurling sail of a tall sailboat. The interior design includes custom frameless flat-panel Italian cabinetry, waterfall edge marble details, beautiful lighthouse-inspired Lasvit crystal chandelier and custom lighting from Rhode Island-based Tracy Glover Studio.

The 3d floor of the waterfront property includes an array of entertainment options including a boardroom featuring Nucraft conference table, club room, St. Regis bar, grand lounge with cognac/whiskey room, an exclusive wine vault, and an outdoor terrace with harbor-side views. The 12,000 square foot 4th floor offers a retreat full of fitness and wellness options including an infinity-edge pool, spa and sauna, exercise room and golf simulator with more luxurious provisions. Two upscale hospitality suites are provided for condo residents for entertainment purposes and leisurely living.
