The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Boston, South Station Tower luxury condominium residences are expected to open in 2025. Developed by the global real estate firm Hines and designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners, the 51-story, 1,020,000-square-foot building will redefine the Boston skyline.

The upper 16 floors of the development will feature residential condominium units serviced by The Ritz-Carlton. With 166 condominiums in total, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Boston, South Station Tower will offer a premier luxury residential experience. Each home will boast floor-to-ceiling glass windows with impeccable details designed by Jeffrey Beers International. An array of indoor and outdoor amenities will be offered on the 36th floor.
The project will also include an expansive private park. Designed by OJB, it will be available for residents and office tenants and will include meeting spaces, a dining terrace, water and fire features, contemplative gardens, walking paths and activity lawns. The building is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, WELL Gold certification and to be one of the first BREEAM “Excellent” ratings in the U.S. BREEAM is the world’s leading science-based suite of validation and certification systems for a sustainable built environment. The luxury condominium and office tower represent the first phase of the three-phase, mixed-use project. The first phase also includes the expansion of the existing bus terminal at South Station increasing its capacity by around 50 percent.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Boston, South Station Tower are not owned, developed or sold by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. or its affiliates. South Station Phase I Owner, LLC uses The Ritz-Carlton marks under a license from Marriott International, Inc. which has not confirmed the accuracy of any of the statements or representations made herein.
