The first mixed-use Raffles property in North America, Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences, is set to open in the first quarter of 2023. Located in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts, the 35-story tower will include a two-story sky lobby, rooftop garden terrace and lounge, state-of-the-art Raffles Spa, as well as the five-star 293-key hotel and Raffles-branded residences.
Located at the corner of Stuart Street and Trinity Place, Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences is developed by The Noannet Group, The Architectural Team is leading its architectural design and Rockwell Group and Stonehill Taylor are creating the interior design. Saunders Hotel Group is responsible for the Accor hotel’s management. Hotel highlights include a mix of signature hotel services such as the Raffles Butler, and elegant and lively public spaces including a two-story sky lobby perched high above Copley Square, distinct food and beverage venues, a state-of-the-art Raffles Spa with a 20-meter indoor pool, a rooftop garden terrace and lounge, and expansive meeting and pre-function space.
Raffles Boston Back Bay Residences will include a unique collection of pied-a-terre suites, one- to three-bedroom homes and lavish penthouses.
