One+One at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is the ultimate place to enjoy an elegant a-la-carte breakfast while admiring views across Boston. Considered to be one of the city’s best breakfast destinations, the restaurant has recently launched a French Riviera Brunch by Chef Daniel Burger. The beautiful One+One dining room will take guests to the South of France through the sounds of modern French music, delicious savory and sweet dishes and specialty coffee drinks.
The French Riviera Brunch experience starts with a rich buffet that features assorted French pastries by Executive Pastry Chef Rob Differ as well as fruits, parfaits, salads, cheese and charcuterie. Guests can also try French entrées such as salade Niçoise and Cap-Ferrat pain perdu while toasting to summer with a glass of rosé. One+One’s brunch offers a selection of apéros such as the Rosé Spritz featuring Château Barbebelle rosé, crème de pamplemousse, St-Germain and bitter lemon soda, or the refreshing Riviera Cooler with Ketel One cucumber-mint vodka, lime, simple syrup and yuzu-lime tonic.
Specialty hot drinks include the Orange Flat White with house-made orange syrup, Salted Carmel Macchiato topped with a salted caramel biscotti and S’Mores Hot Chocolate with graham crumble and torched marshmallow, all served in handmade, colorful mugs created by local Boston artists from The Clay Lounge in the South End.
This delightful brunch can be enjoyed from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm every Saturday and Sunday. The French Riviera Brunch is $89 per adult; $45 per child, inclusive of the brunch buffet, one entrée and a choice of hot beverage or glass of rosé.
