On weekdays, breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 1:00 pm, while on weekends, it runs from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Lunch is available seven days a week from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. For dinner, the restaurant operates from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm on Tuesday through Thursday, and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. Please note that Vela Seaport does not offer dinner service on Mondays and Sundays, but the bar remains open until 10:30 pm.
