Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston kicks off the holiday season with a selection of four distinct Thanksgiving experiences. Executive Sous Chef Daniel Burger created special Thanksgiving menus while Executive Pastry Chef Rob Differ curated a mouth-watering selection of homemade pies and desserts.
One+One restaurant offers three-course Thanksgiving dinner. It begins with appetizers such as roasted butternut squash soup while entrées feature a selection of roasted turkey breast with chestnut stuffing, haricot verts, turkey gravy and poached whole cranberries. The dessert buffet features classic holiday pies such as pumpkin, apple and pecan with vanilla chantilly cream; a festive cookie assortment and more. One+One’s special Thanksgiving menu is offered from 1:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 24. Adults are $125 per person; children are $62 per child. Reservations can be made by booking here.
Trifecta, the Hotel’s vibrant cocktail lounge, is offering a special Thanksgiving evening menu as well. Guests will be able to taste delicious roasted turkey breast or garlic-herb roasted prime ribeye with classic pumpkin pie served for dessert. Trifecta’s full cocktail, wine and food menu will also be available. The venue is open from 4:00 to 11:00 pm on Thursday, November 24 with food service from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston also offers an elegantly prepared Thanksgiving dinner to go. Prepared by the hotel’s culinary team, it will be available for pick-up on Thanksgiving Day between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon. Instructions to reheat at home will be included, and if desired, the Hotel team will be happy to carve the turkey in advance. Thanksgiving dinner serves four to six people and is available for $625 per family. Orders must be placed by 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 17 and can be placed by calling 857 449 2435.
One Dalton’s Thanksgiving Family Buffet includes all the trimmings of the traditional Thanksgiving dinner featuring local farm-to-table ingredients and a selection of homemade local pies for dessert. The offers is available for $185 per adult or $55 for children under the age of twelve. Children under the age of five dine complimentary.
