The Easter buffet features a delicious New England raw bar complete with freshly shucked east coast oysters, jonah crab claws and poached colossal shrimp. Interactive experiences throughout the ballroom will feature brunch favorites such as eggs benedict, made-to-order eggs and omelets, handmade pasta and carving stations. Guests will have a chance to observe the chefs hand fold fresh crêpes from the crêperie and will delight in the dessert bar with confections inspired by the Hotel’s famous Afternoon Tea.
For the youngest guests, the Hotel team has curated an itinerary of kid-friendly brunch activities from the special Easter Bunny visit to capture cherished family photos to the ice cream station complete with an abundance of toppings.
Easter Brunch is offered from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 9, 2023. Adults are $249 per person, inclusive of a glass of Moët & Chandon Imperial Rosé; children are $75 per child, inclusive of a spring-themed mocktail.
