The Parker, Boston’s first-ever turnkey condo development, offers a first look inside its newly completed turnkey model residence. It has been furnished with a custom, limited-edition furniture collection designed by Linda Zarifi (the same pieces will be available to buyers in the turnkey package).

Linda Zarifi, the CEO of Zarifi Design – a full-service, boutique interior design firm specializing in high-end residential and hospitality projects – designed the one-bedroom model to demonstrate how these pieces can be easily paired together to seamlessly design homes at The Parker, such as a perfect pied-a-terre.
Overlooking Boston Common, The Parker offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to own a home in Boston’s first fully furnished luxury residential development. The building’s architecture was created by Stantec while interiors, that draw inspiration from the Theater District’s rich history, were designed by Linda Zarifi. Ranging from studios to two-bedroom homes, 168 residences feature nine-foot ceilings, immense panoramic-view windows, five-inch-wide oak flooring, and custom design details.
The Parker offers a suite of carefully curated amenities including a fitness center designed by Gronk Fitness; the Cue Room, a games space with a custom billiards table; the Velvet Room, a luxurious private screening room; the Rose Lounge, a speakeasy-inspired bar space; and the Vue, a roof deck offering panoramic skyline views. Boston’s first-ever turnkey property will feature the first fitness center in a residential development designed by Gronk Fitness – to be unveiled later this year.
